Shipping Explained

There’s 3 main things you need to know about Sugoi Stream’s shipping process. Head’s up, it’s a little different than your normal online shipping experience.

  • We hold all your purchases with us by default, until you request they be shipped.
  • You can request and pay for shipping via a “Send My Stuff” shipping request.
  • Shipping within the USA is a flat $5, and international shipping is a flat $10 rate for any package up to 4 lbs (1.8 kg).

We Hold All Your Purchases With Us By Default

To cut down on shipping costs for you and for us, we hold all your purchases at Sugoi Stream by default. You can accumulate as much stuff as you’d like; we’ll hold it for up to one year. When you’re ready to receive your orders, just put in a “Send My Stuff” shipping request and everything we have on hold for you up to that point will be sent out within a few days. You can request shipping whenever you want: every week, every month, every few months... it’s completely up to you.

We ship everything through USPS, and tracking numbers will always be provided by email.

***The only exception to our ‘hold by default’ policy is purchasing code cards. Code cards will always be sent digitally by email within a few days of purchase. 

 

Request Shipping Via “Send My Stuff”

Making a shipping request is easy! You can always find the link to “Send My Stuff” in the navigation bar. Make sure to choose USA or International. “Send My Stuff” acts like a product in the store, so remember to add it to your cart and complete the checkout. 

  • If you are shipping within the USA, you are good to go once you complete checkout.

  • If you are shipping internationally, any packages under 4 lbs (1.8 kg) will be sent normally. If your package is over 4 lbs, we will reach out with further options.

 

USA Shipping is a Flat $5, International Shipping is a Flat $10 (for up to 4lbs)

USA Shipping: Domestic shipping will always be $5, regardless of how much you are shipping. 

International Shipping: International shipping costs $10 for up to 4 lbs (1.8 kg). If your package is over 4 lbs, you will need to purchase an additional "Send My Stuff". We can only ship one international package up to 4 lbs per "Send My Stuff" request.

What if my package is over 4 lbs?

4 lbs (1.8 kg) is roughly equal to 1,000 cards. Keep in mind sleeves, top loaders, team bags, packaging materials, and any non-card items all contribute to a package's weight as well.

If you think you have more than 4 lbs (1.8 kg) of orders and you decide to purchase multiple "Send My Stuff" requests ahead of time, we will always refund you for any extra "Send My Stuff" requests that were not needed. If an additional "Send My Stuff" is still needed, we will reach out via email. We will not ship anything until we hear from you.

 

REGARDING REFUNDS

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds once a product has been opened on livestream. We do not offer refunds even if your order has yet to be shipped. If you are worried about expensive shipping costs, we suggest opting for “Only Pulls” to keep the bulk down.
