Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of "breaking" returns or exchanges will typically not be accepted. However, Pokemon BariBari USA strives to provide all customers with a positive and personal experience. If you do have any concerns, please contact us through email. Contact information can be found here.
If for any reason a break you buy into which is required to fill before opening is not filled in a given amount of time, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase. You may also be refunded the $5 shipping fee if no packages are sent. You can also request a refund for any unfilled breaks at anytime by contacting us here. Refunds will not be available once cards (or any other sealed product) are open. Refunds on sealed products may be requested only before the items are shipped. Please note that any refunds on sealed product or on any other product due to user error (such as changing your mind after completing a purchase) may be subject to a small processing fee (approximately 4%).
Refunds for Pokemon BariBari USA purchases can take up to 36 hours to process.
*A note about shipping
All packages are sent with tracking. In the case of lost packages or damaged goods, proper procedure will be taken with USPS as well as the recipient's local mail carrier to resolve each case. Once a package leaves the United States, it will be passed onto the national postal service that operates within the recipient's country. We ask for customers cooperation in communicating with these local carries. In the extremely rare case that postal carries can not assist in locating a lost package or provide compensation and if the tracking indicates a package has been delivered, Pokemon BariBari USA will not be held liable. However, some type of partial compensation may be offered.
